It’s just a winter evening when you are not planning for making any traditional meal after a hectic day at your office, but yet hungry then mango shake can be an option to include in your appetite. It gives nourishment and enerzise your body and makes your day perfect.
Being a king of fruits, mango also gives you health benefits which includes antioxidant components, and enriched with vitamin A and C. It also helps to clear your skin and improve your digestion.
Though i am a mango lover and missing the mango season terribly, but can’t wait to have mangos till summer season, then it’s time to use the frozen mangoes which i have stored in my refrigerator last summer to avoid wasting time for searching mangos during the off season. I may be exaggerating too much here, which also shows my love for mango but i must say you should try it once if you haven’t tried yet.
As a working women i still invest my sometime and efforts for cooking to fulfil my food cravings, but being a beginner i always want to customise my own taste keeping in mind two things nutritious and delicious.
Let’s start with the ingredients:
- 1 Mango (Chopped into Pieces)
- 1 Cup Chilled Milk
- 2 Table Spoon Sugar
- 5-6 Ice Cubes (Optional)
- 2 Scoop Ice Cream (Optional)
- 3-4 Drops Rose Water (Optional)
- 2-4 Chopped Cashew and Almonds for Garnishing (Optional)
How to make it (Instructions)
Step 1. Take a mixer jar and put chopped mangoes in it and blend it exhaustively and then add milk ( I am adding Cow/Buffalo milk here but if are vegan then you can also use soya, cashew, and almond milk) and blend it again but make sure milk should be chilled otherwise it gets spoiled.
Step 2. Then add sugar and mix it well, remember do not blend sugar with ice because sugar will not get melt.
Step 3. Now add remaining all the ingredients like Ice Cubes, Rose Water, Ice Cream and blend it till all the ingredients get mixed well and becomes a smooth paste.
Step 4. Lastly, you need to take a glass and pour the smooth paste into it and garnish with few chopped mangos along with dry fruits on the top. Now your winter mango shake is ready to serve. Happy eating!!
